Annual Dues for Skyline Hills Association are $25.00 per year. A year is January to December and dues are collected throughout the fiscal year. An email reminder will be sent out to all non-paying residents.
Dues cover the cost of maintaining the entrance sign and landscaping and paying the utility bill of said sign and the street light at the corner of Skyline Drive and Margate. Any additional expenses incurred, such as printing, gifts for speakers or expenses for neighborhood events will come from the dues.
